რატომ ვარ ლიდერი?
Since 2014, I have been participating in various youth camps and conferences as a leader.
I have many years of experience and have developed the necessary skills in the field, which makes my involvement in camp life even more productive.
რას მაძლევს ბანაკი?
It doesn’t matter whether it’s an “Eruditi” camp or another organization’s camp.
The main thing you can get from a camp is to interact with different segments of society, especially young people and children, to get to know their views and share your own experiences.
Each participant in the camp is a potential leader, and we, the camp leaders and members of the organizing group, play a big role in transforming them into full-fledged leaders.
I think that the main benefit that a camp and youth projects in general can bring is new people. Identifying active young people who will eventually become leaders not only in the camp space, but also in their districts, regions and various communities is important.
რატომ ბანაკი ერუდიტი?
I have many years of experience in various camps.
In 2008, the state organized a 10-day youth camp for the youth living in Gori, specifically in connection with the “August War”.
My first camp experience also begins with the aforementioned 2008 camp.
Since then, every year, and sometimes 5-6 times a year, I have participated in various camps organized by both state and private and international organizations.
Each camp is memorable and very interesting, but from the perspective of management, each camp has its positive and negative phases.
Some camp programs included educational resources, and in fact 80-90% of the active day was devoted only to lectures, seminars and other educational materials, which for me, as a camp participant, was even partly boring.
Some camps were the opposite, full of only entertainment activities and no educational or cognitive activities of any kind were actually held.
We had fun, but we did not gain any additional knowledge from the camp.
There were camps where the two aspects mentioned above seemed to be balanced, but in reality this was only a formal part, in the actual part, educational and cognitive and sports and entertainment events/activities could not be harmoniously combined in one program.
After many years of experience, I decided to create a space and organization myself that would respond to the challenges that I encountered in various youth projects and camps.
As of today, we have already created such a space and organization and it is called “Erudity”.
Very soon we earned the approval of the public and, most importantly, 95% of the participants in our camps are satisfied.
"Erudite" camps already have a 3-year history, and together with young people, we will constantly continue to improve our services.
